A blacksmith working in a workshop, sparks flying from the metal he is hammering on an anvil.

Welcome to FoCoWoCo.

Welcome to FoCoWoCo — where craftsmanship outlasts the latest fad and every piece is made with intention.

I’m not chasing trends. I’m building things that work beautifully and last — pieces that sit comfortably in your life, not your landfill. After 35 years in Information Technology, I walked away from the glow of the screen and toward the warmth of the workshop. These days I spend my golden years turning ideas into tactile art: thoughtfully designed, hand-made, and full of character.

I don’t have visions of becoming a millionaire. What I do have is a deep, daily joy for shaping wood into something that matters. Mornings in the shop, the smell of sawdust, the rhythm of tools, the quiet focus of making — that’s my reward. Each finished piece is a small celebration.

You won’t find me hawking goods at crowded farmers markets, and I rarely keep inventory piled up. My work is personal, often commissioned, and most new projects arrive through the best route there is: a happy customer telling a friend. I prefer referrals and thoughtful collaborations to mass production — it keeps the work meaningful and the outcome exceptional.

If you’re still reading, chances are someone you trust sent you here, or you’re searching for something particular and well-made. Welcome to FoCoWoCo. I’m glad you found me. Let’s make something that lasts.
